Guys I just Did some ini editing And I found the fix to this issue. Just go the ult folder and Open mod.ini can just Remove  a98c980a  Hash from it.

This is the fix of officer Zani mod issue.

There is a texture conflict between the two, "Components-0 t=cccc4663.dds".  Find the code in one of the ini files in the lowlinpc mod and just comment it out or delete it.

this = ResourceTexture6

 

Thats the segment of the ini file you should be looking for.
