There is a texture conflict between the two, "Components-0 t=cccc4663.dds".  Find the code in one of the ini files in the lowlinpc mod and just comment it out or delete it.

Now a problem. For some reason I'm suddenly getting a UE4 fatal error and crash while using this mod and being in Zani's Liberation after a sudden WWMI update on XXMI. Sudden and quite disappointing

It's either the wounded effect or the need to use the updated fixer tools, if the mod loads then the issue must be something related to those.

It's pretty weird. I removed the mod and continued then added it back and have no problems. I genuinely don't know why it was crashing the game while I was fighting Sentry in Fantasy.

It been awhile I use this mod. After some testing yeah your are correct there are broken even if I use the new fix. Like I said in my previous post I just grab them in Kemono before there disappear. I'm not the creator. You only hope if there update the mod or someone else in here that have knowledge on how to fix the mod.

I tried using mods on the steam version. But the perfomance was worse than Kuro Launcher version.
