It's the usual bullshit that has been going on with CN community. Whenever a game grows big and gained more attention than it should some people would report it to the government and the devs would be forced to up the age rating and censor the game to avoid getting cracked down.

Should work on most resolutions, little to no problems. You could try changing the toggle keys in each ini for the UI's that arent working to see if that helps.
