because there are some things that players can do, but game companies cannot,  mod ultimately just a personal act, not everyone is doing it, but MIHOYO simply makes them dance like prostitutes is not acceptable, just like  black people may use that "N" words among themselves, but others cannot.

i delete this fucking game over 4y, and the earliest mod was 2y ago,  if I remember correctly MIHOYO remade honkai at that time. but for over 6y before that, the game files were encrypted and could not be modified, even the genshit was also cant modified the game files in the beginning. 

not only that, before the bunny girl,other servers always have things that CN servers dont have, such as plot, stigmas, stickers, and even the least amount of diamonds given. Once, in a lottery on the US server, the top prize was a 4070 (or 4080?)laptop, but thers third prize figurine was the top prize for CN servers, only the gift package for spending money is exclusive

And most important of all

They provided the JP server over 5 years July 7th event, Can you imagine an American watching a game company celebrate their festival in the Bin Laden's hometown on 911 every year?

My guy out here is trying to compare all of Japan to bin Laden. Chill out, bruh. No need for the Japan hate. They're pretty cool people in most of our eyes.

I'm not gong to discuss politics and shit, it's stupid on modding forum anyway with all the nude pregnant character kids etc., but about modding you are just wrong. If you google you will see that people were decrypting and modding Genshin since CBT, but it was hard and thus unpopular. With proper skill you can mod almost anything.
