They probably wants to make more intense contents and more lewd characters in the future, otherwise a Chinese game won't go from 12+ to 16+.

Zenless Zone Zero is 16+ and they have straight Gun shot to death scene, which is prohibited in 12+games. 

SnowBreak: Containment Zone went from 12+ all the way to 18+, and now they have marriage storylines and super lewd characters and hints of sex whole night and shit like that.

So Wuwa is probably gonna go with the fan service business model very soon.
