sadly I don't know how to extract the game texture (yet)

maybe you can swap the eye texture from another mod ? the eye texture is 

Components-6 t=5db1989d.dds

and the face texture is 

Components-2 t=87821a93.dds

 

EDIT: just remove those lines in the .ini:

it will revert back to vanilla eyes!

Any way to use her original face, her mouth moves pretty weirdly in cutscenes due to the changed shape.
