you can always modify the ini and turn all the toggle default values to turn the clothing on by default instead of nude

 

您可以随时修改ini并打开所有切换值以默认打开衣服而不是裸体 (google translate)

I took out every mod outside of the mod folder and only left this one inside the folder and it still has the same issues. If anyone knows how to fix it lmk. 1.4 fix doesn't work. Taking all the mods outside the mod folder doesn't work either
