I had this problem too and solve this yesterday with help of some comments: put 1.4 mod fix in Changli mod folder directly (not in all mods folder), delete mod.ini you have in that folder, replace mod.ini with new one from that mod (yes you must download mod again from where you found it), launch the fix - profit! Just using mod fix was not working, but replacing ini file did the magic👍

Find the line drawindexed = 50064, 37272, 0 and change it to drawindexed = 45667, 37272, 0

 

If you don't want the pasties and ropes change it to drawindexed = 31916, 37272, 0

 

 

I made myself a toggle to swap between the three.
