It is a link that is encoded, you have to decode it using the page https://www.base64decode.org/, after decoding it you copy the URL it gives you and download.

Thank you very much. I already tried decoding I was only getting some gibberish or error. Maybe that's because I wasn't trying that on this site. Shame it's not merged mod because I have py for merging for genshin but not for wuwa. Anyway, thank you again. I really appreciate that.
