Go to *Game Folder*\Wuthering Waves Game\Client\Saved and delete PSO and PSOReport.
You need to redo this process everytime you launch the game.

Does (Latest)[WuWa]ModPackV11&DLC at https://arca.live/b/thingzyoa/121418836?category=Wwmi야&p=1 have all of the mods from the previous versions, or do you need to download the previous versions too?

Yes, the mods have changed (i used recently v8). If you want the previous ones you need to download them separately and add them, remember that if you have 10 mods and add more you may get some bugs as the author says.

Please help, how can I install the mod?
I also changed the ini and ran it on DX11, but the MOD doesn't work well.
Is it wrong to start it from the launcher? Can someone please tell me how to improve it?

Is this a mod manager issue? I don't use any just drop the mod folders into Mods.

Download XMMI Launcher start the game through that, add your "Wuthering Waves Game" folder in the Game Folder path inside XXMI.

You will have a WWMI folder inside your XXMI Launcher folder most likely, inside that one there is a folder Mods. Drop whatever mod folders inside that.
