this expression of persephone still has shine effects. makes it look like she's covered in jizz tho so it kinda works lol

Ahh thanks, I bet I know what the problem it. I saw it last night but wasn't sure about it.  I'll push an update later today.  I'll also fix the shine effects on my mod too, thanks for the reports.

Ok, I've pushed a new version for both mods fixing the issues. Persephone will no longer show glow/glint/wiggle/blink animations on top of the new images for my mod and I have fixed the size of Artemis in the Free The Nipple build.

 

Eddy also pointed out that the bath images of Mel had the same problem where the glow/blink etc. were present but didn't match the new art so we have disabled them. We will have to do that on images that are drastically different for the time being, it should only be the bath images as Eddy has taken the time to fix the glint/glow for the modified armors when needed (like with Hera).

In my mind I was thinking there is no need because the faces are the same as the original art but then I took a look at the codex portraits and see what you mean. I created Codex Portraits for Artemis, Hera, and Melinoe from Eddy's art and pushed a new build. They should be in build 1.1.9 of FTN, thanks.

yeah i just pointed it out because you already changed aphrodite's codex portrait and it felt like the others were left out. but i get that it's not even supposed to be the priority right now since the majority of characters are still missing anyway so the effort is appreciated.

Eddyboy was kind enough to provide me with Nemesis portraits so I've added her to the FTN mod in ver 1.1.10. (Bath artwork has not been completed yet however). No codex portrait needed this time 😜

has anyone tried to modify the characters 3d models to fit the nsfw mod designs? if not, is it even possible? i'm a noob at modding, but i have some skills using blender and such. not even sure if that'd be of help tho lol

Currently there is a way to extract the 3d files but not put them back into the game sadly. Once there is a way to do it I would love to change the models.

Someone just released a nude melinoe mod that claims  to add 3d texture change (from github readme) but it seems to only work with dialogue and stuff, main menu is also broken, its in r2modman if anyone is interested.

yeah it's just replacing the texture for the 3d model using the same method for replacing other images. gotta hand it to them for editing the movie (.bik) files for the menu and hex screens tho. that would've taken a fair bit more work i reckon.

by the way, it's stated in the mod's readme that for the menu and hex screens to work, you're supposed to copy the files from the mod's "Movies" folder manually into the game's "Content\Movies\1080p" folder. and of course the game's resolution has to be in 1080p.

Hey there, I have 3 Questions regarding the Free the Nipple Edition, which I'm still very much working on with Kuipo's generous help:

 

1. I'm thinking of fixing the Meli Sprite with new stuff I have learned from editing other characters (see below); namely that you should have EITHER light reflections on transparent cloth or on the skin below it, but not both, resulting in the new sprite on the right. Would it be worth the effort to add this change to all meli sprites or do you prefer the version on the left? 

 

2. The Hades 1 Version also edited male characters, mainly to add actual nipples instead of just nothing or "chest circles". In this version, I aim to add male sprites to bath scenes to give equal oportunity nudity, beginning with Odysseus. How do people here feel about that?

 

3. Should the Free the Nipple Edition start its own thread on LL for better visibility?

1. I think the one on the right looks better personally. But the left one still looks fine!

2. I'm okay with that, after all both these Olympian goddesses and gods aren't shy in the least :3 I think the males are likely lower priority for most people though, so maybe do them last? You'll always have people that won't like seeing the males like that, it can't be avoided. But i think in a game like Hades most would probably be ok with it. That's just my opinion though.

 

3. I'm used to checking here for updates now, but i wouldn't mind checking a separate topic instead if you think that makes it more clear and easier to follow.

1. I favor the first image myself. Mostly I wish this mod was as malleable as the one in the first game as you could look at the image folder directly and choose which ones you liked from there. But my understanding is that this is not currently possible for Hades 2, yeah? A pity.

1. I agree with @Chloranthy and think the right has the perfect amount of transparency as well

 

2. I'd like to see the male character modified too at some point, preferably with male nudity and not only the nipples (if possible), also, if full male nudity is possible and is realeased, it would probably be better to make a separated version (Addon or something like that) if possible, bc I believe some people could complain if it is in the same package

 

3. I think a thread/topic only for Free The Nipple is a great idea to organize and also in case any other subject comes up in this thread and makes everything kinda confusing.
