I'm using proteus to change Morella's appearance. I changed it when the bimbo corruption stage is 11. Then I got a problem that her body morph keeps resetting to no bimbo morph, whenever I load a save. I can use BoS MCM to refresh the apply the morph on all NPCs to fix it, but I have to do this everytime after loading a save, it's a bit annoying.

It also seems that PROTEUS doesn't apply all makeups to NPC? It also overwrites slavetats makeup added by BoS. After changing Morella's appearance, her BoS makeup disappeared. Then I apply the makeup preset, but it shows the same result as the NoMakeup preset.

Why the body morph keeps resetting I unfortunately don't have an answer, you may have to look elsewhere like in Proteus's threads :( For me I just have to do it the one time and it's good to go. What I can offer is instead of using BoS's built-in refresh, use SLIF's instead. you can select Morella in its MCM and set it to "update actor" which will reapply all SLIF values for the selected actor, in this case Morella. It's not perfect and by the sound of your issue you may still have to do it every time you load a save, but at least it only takes a few seconds for SLIF to update her rather than BoS updating every single bimbo npc when you just need her morphs adjusted.

This also sounds like an issue with Proteus unfortunately. I also have not experienced this myself, but for whatever reason automatic application of yps and BoS makeup has NEVER worked for me on SSE (especially yps, it's been so long I've given up trying to fix it) so maybe it would happen to me if they ever showed up in the first place. This is the main reason I make a separate version with and without makeup since I personally need the makeup version and some others do too for the same reason, but many others don't have issues with yps/BoS makeup so I add the no makeup versions for them so they don't need to go in and adjust all of them. If all of the overlays that are disappearing are applied via slavetats, try manually adding the tats to Morella through slavetats' MCM. They should still be registered on Morella even if they visually disappear when you load the preset to her, so all you need to do is kick slavetats into updating its actors. The easiest way I find to do this is simply going to that actor in slavetats' MCM, and just checking and then unchecking the box to apply gloss to a single tat. This will tell slavetats to refresh the actor even though no real change has been made and then it will reapply all tats you manually have set to her.

Sorry I don't have any permanent solutions, you may be able to find better answers searching through Proteus's thread. Any sort of modding/scripting outside of making slavetats or adjusting json files is well beyond my experience :(

I wasn't using proteus correctly, now I fixed my mistake and the makeup version can correctly show all overlays on npc now. But the problem of bos makeup and morph still exist. Do you use MO2? I wonder if proteus doesn't work well with MO. Also my body is BHUNP, could that cause any problems?

Glad you were able to at least get some of it working! But yeah I do use MO2 so I don't think that's the issue, if it was MO's fault I'm guessing it would just be a load order thing rather than an issue with MO itself. I personally use a 3BA body so maybe that's causing an issue but I don't think it's likely.

A workaround that might work at least for the body morphs I just thought of though it still won't be perfect:

  • Make a save before doing any of the following steps
  • Use Racemenu to load the preset and sculpt you want to put on Morella onto your character (I assume it's the Morella Bimbo one)
  • Set the bimbo curse's stage progression to 1 hour in BoS's MCM and give yourself the curse in the MCM as well
  • Let the curse fully complete on your character. Either wait one hour at a time or use set timescale to x in console. I usually find the timescale method to be faster than waiting if you set it to 500. The default is 20 if you need to change it back.
  • After the curse has fully completed on your character with all of the bimbo morphs applied, use Racemenu to save your character as a new preset. I would name it something like MorellaBimboProteus or something like that.
  • Load this new preset onto Morella with Proteus, hopefully it will now have the bimbo morphs baked into it so she will always load in with them applied
    • Keep in mind that SLIF/BoS will still think they need to apply the morphs if either of them get refreshed for Morella, so her morphs will essentially get doubled and look really goofy if that happens. Should it happen, use SLIF on Morella and select to view morphs from BoS only, then use the "set values to 0." This will tell BoS/SLIF to remove the bimbo morphs and return her to just the morphs baked into the new preset.
  • If the previous step didn't work (as in the morphs did not bake into the preset), a super fall back plan would be to do the same thing with making a new preset, but instead of applying the curse to yourself and getting the morphs that way, manually use Racemenu bodymorph sliders to match the ones that get applied with the bimbo curse. This will be much more annoying and time consuming to do, but it will guarantee that the morphs get baked into the preset when you load it onto Morella. This is what I had to do a long time ago before BoS used a SLIF friendly morphing system.
    • I highly recommend saving the bodyslide morphs as a preset in Racemenu in case you ever need to do it again.
  • After completing all steps revert to the save you made at the start and load the new preset onto Morella and she should now have the bimbo morphs baked into her so you won't need to reapply the morphs. The only downside to this is that if you use a bimbo tonic on her, the morphs will not go down anymore.

Again sorry that I don't have a permanent solution, but these sound like issues between Proteus, yps/BoS, and slavetats. Any type of hardline fix is beyond my reach.

I suppose it would depend. I won't make anything that purposefully looks like a person in real life and the idea does have to at least tickle me a little bit. I'm always open to suggestions tho!

Yeah, no, I don't think my character looks like anyone in IRL. I'll have to find some time to take a screen shot of my character and you could decide. :D

Either way, I really enjoy your presets. ^.^

Thanks for the advise, I also found some weird problems of the bimbo morphs json after using proteus. I'll try to play around to fix it.

Speaking of the load order, what's your esp order for proteus and BoS?

Between all of the potentially relevant mods, my load order is slavetats > BoS (CustomComments.esp) > yps > Proteus

I forgot to turn off the light. :D The first one is my attempt at making her face more bimbofied.

No worries, did you want me to load the preset and then adjust it to be similar to the ones in the pack + a bimbo version?

That'd be awesome. You can do anything you'd like with it to be perfectly honest.

Alright I'll get started on it when I can! It may take a few days since I usually do multiple passes on each preset as I make them and then actually play with the preset for a bit before I find a final version I like best.

Alright I got it done sooner than expected since I gained some unexpected free time. So without further adieu, here are the presets! They're saved as BofTaghd and BofTaghdBimbo. They also have corresponding sculpts now as well. I took the liberty of replacing the scar with the exact same one but from Northborn Scars for High Poly Head so it doesn't clip through the face when using HPH, so you will need that as well as all of the requirements from my main pack.

From your original screenshots it looks like the preset was supposed to use some sort of blue eyes with a blind one near the scar, but True Eyes (the eye mod I use for all my presets) doesn't have one for blue eyes where that side is blind, so I changed the eye color to brown since it was the only one that would match the blind eye, so feel free to change it if that'll be an issue.

Make sure to load high poly head onto your character before loading the preset - go to the Head tab in Racemenu and change the Face Part slider to 3. It should read as something like KH_HighPolyHead[Race]. The default race of the presets is Nord so you will also have to do this if you use another race.

You should just be able to install the .rar with your mod manager like the main pack. I also might still mess with them a bit the next couple of days and add that final version to the main pack, so keep an eye out for that as well!

You have a mega download link to HG Hairdos 2 because you couldn't find mod page. If you are interested in adding a link to the mod page as well or instead, it's located here.

Hey I love your presets, you do great work! I wanted to ask you a question to see what you thought about it, but have you ever considered doing presets for some of the various custom race mods out there (Ohmes-Raht, Half Dragon, Ancient Falmer, etc.)?

Thank you! I would have to say a very light maybe, but probably not. The idea tempts me, but I've always found custom races to be more trouble than they're worth to me in the end. If I did it would definitely be a new mod/pack since I don't want to clutter up this mod's requirements for them. I may dabble in presets that look like other races at some point as well. While I was making and doing a playthrough as Narelae I tried out Dint's animated cat ears and liked it way more than I thought I would since catgirls don't really do anything special for me lol, and ended up making a personal little offshoot catgirl themed version of the preset but I unfortunately lost it updating to AE :(

These would be killer as companions that change to the Bimbo preset automatically when cursed. They all look amazing.

I'm glad you like them! I'm very tempted to make them as companions and even got started making a succubus companion version of the Del preset a few months ago, but got off-track and completely forgot how to do the little progress I made but I would like to revisit it with the normal presets from here. As for the automatic function when cursed, it's crossed my mind many times. Unfortunately it would likely have to be someone else who does that since I don't know the first thing about scripting.

I'd say a cheap way out would be like a whole swap out. Have 2 or 3 built stages of the curse that rotate during? I think you would have to rehire them too....

but yes, they are awesome :)

These presets look very good, definitely can tell time was put into them.  Would definitely love to see these as followers.  Just thinking about traveling Skyrim with a babe and bimbo brigade :)

Thank you! Now that I have all of the presets up to a quality that I'm happy with I'm more tempted than ever to try and figure out how to make them followers :)

First of all loving the presets and currently using modified Emerane for my Dwemer character. Wanted to ask would you consider integrating High poly head SMP into your presets for the bimbo sliders and the lip gloss? Also maybe nonbimbo and bimbofied replacers of most popular followers like Serana or Lydia?
