Yep, it took me a while to realize that Teldryn and Ahtar (among others, chiefly the 3 Hearthfire housecarls for some odd reason) weren't being counted as vanilla NPCs thanks to Devious Followers and submissive lola. Maybe the base esm record isn't the final report on them in the script.

I'm encountering some issues:

 

- Can't free followers, they are fully dressed in the dungeon. Sex scenes don't play, and If I click them to free them, they answer the first line and nothing happens.

It would be too complicated, among other options that are already there. I will try to add more locations, mostly in Skyrim.

Would be great to have a Dirt and Blood compatibility patch for this, though i'm sure this has been answered before. I'm not a modder, but it would seem like it would be easy. I love this mod, but it would also be great to have options similar to the captive NPCs in Fallout 4 mod. After releasing them, you could have a dialogue with them, wherein you could ask them to go to a settlement of your choosing, return them to their default location, ravage them, or let them go (which i think had them disappear from the game entirely.) I know all these aren't viable, but having them just walk away keeps me amused. Regardless, this mod has come a long way. Much appreciated.

Has anyone had the issue where the mod is stuck on "initializing captive locations" on startup? It's just staying there forever for me and not moving on to restraining followers or any of the actual mod

I am having this exact same issue. 3 of the 40 followers that I have encountered while restrained are fully clothed and I can not free them. There are no sex scenes with them at all. I'm still on the latest versions of both Captive Follower and Captive Player. Oddly enough, my issue was the npc blacklist not working, not the whitelist.

 

Hopefully @Talesienor @darkdesires04can figure out a fix besides what I'd think would obviously work in starting a new game and letting the initial scan work again.

 

Edit: Reinstalled the Po3 tweaks and it works now. No clue how that worked, but I figured it had to be that or something else related to scripting. Now I'm having the issue that others mention about the followers being stuck as your follower with no way to actually dismiss them because the dismiss dialogue isn't unregistering them as followers for some reason.

Hey, thanks for the vote of confidence, but afraid I've no stake in the development of this mod. This is purely DarkDesires child. Anyway glad you could figure out at least part of the problem. 
As for the dismissal issue, did you wait with recruiting the follower until they had done their equipment (if any) and started walking away?
Are you using RDO?
Are you using a Follower Framework? If yes, which?

They regained their armor but were walking with me as a follower for a minute or two before I noticed. There was only a dialogue to dismiss them as if they were already a follower, not recruit them.

anyone have any idea on how to get this to work with acheron + yamete kudasi? npcs show up in the bleed out state needing the acheron heal button..

I use a version of AFT that's made for my game version, 1.6.353

Ok, that's a game version I've not heard anyone still using in quite some time. Might be a general bug in conjunction with AFT, though I suspect we would've heard something about that already. More likely it's some bad interaction with your special version of AFT or perhaps something else in your LO. I don't really see why AFT should require a special version for .353 anyways. It does not use SKSE in any way. Perhaps try this version: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/80675? (Or switch to NFF.)

It was my first game version for PC, and by the time I had it loaded up with mods and 1.6.640 was released, I wasn't interested in updating a couple dozen script mods and hoping things still worked lol. Set the steam app manifest to read only and called it a day, although steam did somehow undo this when 1.6.11xx came out and I had to revert twice.

 

I've been told the only way to safely uninstall AFT would be on a new save (which is weird, considering its a "light" follower mod), and I've honestly never had an issue until this point. So what I'll try is using the magical remove follower faction command (addfac 5c84e -1) and see if that does the trick. If not, guess I'm stuck on "fuck mountain" without a rope.

Technically, there is no way to safely uninstall any mod that comes with a plugin and scripts. There are just ways that usually work without wrecking your save. Never any guarantees, though. Basically you would've to uninstall AFT, load the game, pray you don't get a corrupt save error, let the game settle down, save it, close the game. Clean the save with re-saver, load the new safe. That usually takes care of things and has a pretty good chance of not coming to haunt you in the future. As stated, no promises. The main problem is if you get the "corrupt save" error. You can get rid of it be reinstalling the mod you removed, but it's your cue that this mod definitely will not allow itself to be uninstalled without starting a new game.

Fortunately found a workaround within AFT. Console commands did nothing, so I used the AFT "Tweak Make Follower" power and was able to then dismiss and re-recruit them as normal. Its definitely an AFT issue, but its got an easy fix so no worries. Thanks for the help

I installed all the required animation packs for Ostim but no one seems to be porking the captured followers. What gives? Yes, I have Captive Sex to 100%.

It should work, I haven't tested it in a while but I haven't changed anything as far as OStim. The sex scene doesn't always start, for example if captors are in combat.

May I suggest further classification of locations from Forts, Caves, Dungeons to Bandit forts, Vampire lairs, Mage dens, Animal caves, Falmer caves, Nordic tombs, and Forsworn camps?

 

Also, Teldryn Sero keeps getting scanned even though vanilla followers and the Dragonborn DLC are blacklisted by default. Is this intended?
