I need help some of the Monster and animal are in T Pose

I have skyrim with several mods with a main game with a few adult mods, but for some reason some specific animals are frozen in Tpose but others like wolves, dogs and dragons are normal
but the mammoths, deer and summons are frozen.
what can cause this? I already have experience installing mods so I tried Fnis, nemesis and loot
nothing.
I do have some animations installed but it shouldn't affect those animals

go to fnis and hit the "de-install creatures" button, then rerun fnis.
