Getting a weird crash from CBO, other mods I have running do not have a character event gui file

Could you please fix the issue of AI changing to nonsensical court languages? The papacy is speaking Arabic and some of my vassals (I'm Franco-Britain) are speaking Shaz Turkic despite my court being ranked 1st in the world. 

 

Btw, I remember Carnal Court Lite managed to give everyone access to carnal court without needing to unlock Royal Court for everyone. You might want to look into how they managed it. Cheers!

There are some bugs in the barber shop... when changing the headdress, the headdress was not normally selected and the flight occurred

Hi, is this with 1.1, or 1.2? In 1.2 I removed a script that was meant to fix AI language changes, but was probably broken, so maybe it was causing the issues.

Don't think that can cause a crash, here is a patch that removes that line. Do you know what you were doing when it crashed? Like clicking on some characters or things like that?

Hi, probably disable Carnalitas AGOT Compatibility, as that mod is outdated. The CBO patch does have some basic Carnalitas compatibility in it, which should be enough until that mod is updated. (I think that mod does other things like more compatibility for slavery and things like that, that the CBO patch doesnt do)

 

Edit: Also grab the PA Unofficial from the download page, and load AGOT PA patch after PA (put PA right after CBO Unofficial)

One thing I noticed is that it doesn't matter if you're an adverturer or not, it seems to be buggy either way. Maybe it's just me, idk. I tried Carnal Court as the King of France, and nothing happened. So, it might be compatible with this version?  It's the 1.1, btw.

Hey thanks for the answer, it fixed weird HUD issues, but dragons still dont appears properly

 

Saw that carnal sex was buggy atm

 

Also why are characters that small ? they tend to be less then 1M70 high, but Daemon is only 1m64

Hi, I think you have some GUI mod after CBO, that overrides the character event window gui file.

Normally you would see those weird lines on the character during animation, those are there because the different camera pictures are overlayed on top of each other to create an illusion of depth. Here, you only have 2 images, and very visibly one picture is front of the other. Normally, you would have like 40 images, overlayed on each other.

Do you have mods like nameplates? or maybe just try disable the gui mods you have.

nvm i was using a wrong version of cfp, your mod is all good. also I have a question for the animation, i am using a futa character. is there a way to make them use heterosexual animation set instead of homosexual? thanks in advance.

Hi, can you try a minimal load order of

AGOT

Carnalitas

CBO Unofficial

AGOT CBO Patch

 

I think you either have some thing overwrite some .asset file, or gene file, maybe even portraits file, but hard to tell form your list of mods, which one.

If the minimal load order works, you might have to enable them few at a times, and figure out which mod exactly causes the issue.

No, the futa character has different skeleton compared to heterosexual animations (male vs female skeleton)

I do have some plans to covert some of the male animations to futa animations, but there are still other things I need to do, so might not happen soon.

Yes, that's the latest version and I've noticed the blank court language cascade file when I was updating it.

Hi, yes, you're right. I have nameplates, though I don't know why I still have them. I also have Better UI Scaling, maybe one of those is screwing things up for me. Haven't played in a long time, so I think I forgot to disable some of those old mods. I'll see if that fixes the problem. Thank you!

Hi, not sure why this mod would affect language, or why this mod was trying to fix language, maybe its related to everyone having courts or something like that, so maybe just need to do what carnal court lite does and disable courts for non kings. Or did you also use carnal court lite?

If a character is Zealous, and the faith has "Naked Priests" special doctrine, then its expected. I've mistaken this to a bug plenty of times, but its working as expected.

Its fixed by waiting for mods to update

CBO no longer affects how clothes are assigned to characters, so pretty sure you have the same issue even without CBO.

Don't want to start creating comp patches between steam workshop mods, I'd rather let other people do that, and when those comp patches are made, I can add the CBO specific stuff.

You can also learn to mod and fix the issue, issues like this usually happen because multiple mods try to add to

"common\genes\05_genes_special_accessories_clothes.txt", and due to conflicts, only 1 mod can add their genes, so the characters affected by the other mods end up with naked character.

I didn't use cc lite. I thought we couldn't use it in 1.13?

Just asked because you mentioned it. I'll try do the same as carnal court lite, probably in a few days, and hopefully that helps with language issues, otherwise might need to try understand how the language script worked, because I think it does have some issues due to updates.

Lol it seems to be correct. What got me confused is that when I tried to manually change the clothes they were invisible so I assumed assets are missing. That is fine.

I tried cclite but is seems to have some problems. In general it hides court for not kings which is super cool.  But I ralised it does not register sex scenes correctly in carnallitas. Additionally when I inherited it stopped working. But I added a few other mods. Anyway I am looking forward for this functionality. It is hard to imagine landless adventurer with own remote court.
