Yeah here you go:

seems to only be an issue with mena courts

Anyone know how to get the animations to work?

 

I can choose between different positions and the characters are naked etc but there is no animation played. They just look like poses.

 

I have the CBO Animation selected in game rules and I've tried both Make Love and Carnal whatever it's called.

 

I'm using the merged file.

Just been testing, narrowed the mods down to CBO and Carnalitas and the issue still seems to be there. So I did a fresh install and it won't go away. Maybe you could take a look? could it be a cache issue maybe? thanks!

Do you have the latest DLC? I think there were an issue without DLC, 

 

Can you try with the fix posted here?

Just rename CBO Unofficial Animation to CBO Unofficial, so its overwriting CBO Unofficial

Some carnalitas based mods overwrite the event window, like Carnalitas Love Reimagined

There seems to be some issues with the Byzantine shoulder-draped shawl, on every woman the physics completely break and it goes everywhere. It's rather funny looking. Every woman wearing it has this bug, not just my poor daughter here.

You are missing Carnalitas mod, this is the mod in charge of activating the animations.

Please visit the mod download page and read the load order example the author(s) provided:
"

The clothing were added to the CBO genes, so you can also select them in the CBO clothing categories in the barbershop.

 

For mods that have a patch to Lazy's Skimpy Accessories, follow the load order in the steam page. (like CFP, AGOT and so on)

For mods that don't have a patch, you can load Lazy's Skimpy Accessories before the mods that conflict,

and then select the clothing with CBO clothing categories instead of the normal ones.

Here is the outline load order for any CBO related mods:
Carnalitas must bre first, then the CBO mod. As you can in the example provided, the author applied the associated mods first, then Carnalitas and then CBO.

Can you keep pressing the space key, do the animations play?

 

Someone else reported something similar, maybe it was related to weak PC specs.

 

Do the characters play animations normally when there is an events (not carnalitas related, but other events)? Maybe you have some settings enabled that turn off animations?

Also, can you share an error.log? There is a log folder next to the mod folder

Pressing spacebar repeatedly does trigger a short (extremely short) animation.

 

I haven't seen any animations play yet other than characters moving across the map and the riding with dragon event. I'm not really sure how to trigger animated scenes outside of Carnalitas.

 

I've just had a quick look at settings and 'Animated Characters' is disabled. I'll turn it on and see what happens.

... I've been using CBO for years... I had no idea the sex was meant to be animated... always just static switching to me. The boobs bounce occasionally.

So, it turns out enabling 'Animated Characters' in settings fixed my issue.

 

Might be worth pointing this out to people on the main page for future reference.
