How to turn regular Citizens hot?

I have installed a few body mods but I was wondering is there any way to make all or most citizens hot? As in change their face textures to something better and add implants or something? Because I've seen a few screenshots of people's installs and most citizens are hot

colorwheels sexy imperial i think it was turns all gaurds into females except the quest types like rex i dont know about basic nps unless you go through construction set changing every one into female

If you really want hot citizens I'd try out Colourwheels Sexy Overhaul (changes female NPC into hotter ones; no more ugly orcs or argonians!) or XEO5 + XEORC4 (turns ALL NPCs into anime cuties!).

 

And that's pretty much it.

If you do decide to run Xeo then DON'T use Xeo5 or XeoRC4!!! Use instead XeoSP++ as it has far fewer conflicts with other mods!!!

 

Personally I use Colourwheels Sexy Overhaul (grab from the nexus) AND XeoSp++, but everyone has different tastes

I like "Oblivion the L World". It turns all NPCs into women, and the prerequisites to install it will make them pretty as well.

Color wheel does not do major scripting, or did not when making most of the clothing Mods. But is very diligent, and actually went through and manually reset, and re did all those Items, I love it and I run many of her mods always.

 

Not to mention all the super graphics work. which she really shines at. I love anime, and she brought it to Oblivion.

 

It really proves that simple procedures if you work hard at it can be very wonderful.
