I think so, maybe missing some cloaks, but I think most plate armor should have blendshapes.

Awesome, thanks. Haven't been using CBO for a while because of its past issues with AGOT and there have been a lot of AGOT updates recently.

My nicely working mod order for posterity

Caveat: 1,55 and 56 are NOT ACTIVATED. I believe tested and worked, butt chose not to to use so not comprehensively confirmed.

Is there a way to keep AGOT's face/head looks and skin texture? CBO''s face looks a little too smooth and less detailed.

CBO doesnt change the face, it only changes the body. CBO does add some makeup options, but those should not be on by default, unless you select them in barbershop.

Not sure why you would have noticable difference for the head.

Hello, the mod still t-posing, How to fix this?

Pick one:

14+15+16

*or *17

Pick one option not both, like you have done correctly for 8 vs 10+11+12.

AGOT CBO Animation is supposed to be 35MB, for you its 172MB, so make sure to do a clean reinstall (delete the folder before extracting it out again)

Currently experiencing a glitch where all Dornish-culture courts are stuck on the bed scene. Any help with my load order or mods would be appreciated. I've done clean reinstalls of AGOT CBO, CBO, and AGOT LoV so far.

Can you share an error.log? Also did you disable #16?

Dont remember if COW adds new court rooms, or if its just 3d models

Seems like theres still some issues with animations:

[17:31:46][E][pdx_anim.cpp:911]: Animation [male_body_dragon_infant]: Animation's number of joints does not match mesh's number of joints. ( Animation 134, Mesh 169)
[17:31:46][E][pdxmeshtype.cpp:305]: Animation [gfx/models/portraits/male_body/male_body_dragon_infant.anim] is not compatible with mesh [male_body_mesh]
[17:31:49][E][pdx_anim.cpp:911]: Animation [body_blank]: Animation's number of joints does not match mesh's number of joints. ( Animation 134, Mesh 169)
[17:31:49][E][pdxmeshtype.cpp:305]: Animation [gfx/models/portraits/male_body/male_body_blank.anim] is not compatible with mesh [boy_body_mesh]
[17:31:49][E][pdx_anim_skeletal_animation.cpp:299]: Additive animation joint count is not the same as the skeleton joint count: male_body_blank
[17:31:49][E][pdx_anim.cpp:911]: Animation [male_body_blank]: Animation's number of joints does not match mesh's number of joints. ( Animation 134, Mesh 169)

In 1.16.x, (or maybe 1.15.x, dont remember), they changed the bone count for the skeleton, it says the mesh has 169 so the CBO skeleton is used, but then the animation only has 134, so somewhere it still gets the old animations.

Idk how it can happen exactly, but can you make sure to do a clean install again? The timestamp on the files like "gfx/models/portraits/male_body/male_body_dragon_infant.anim" should be 2025.04.29

These files should only be present in AGOT CBO Animation

Hello, after applying the mod, all characters will stand like robots in their portraits and lose the original actions according to different personalities.

Is there any way to solve this problem?

As was stated a couple of times earlier, the mod seems to have a pretty giant bug when playing as a count or a duke. When choosing the "Carnal Court Make Love" option instead of going to a court bedroom scene it will always show your Liege's standard court room. It works as intended if playing as a landless adventurer, and I am assuming it will work correctly if playing as a king with no liege, but I haven't tested that yet.

I've had some success running AGOT with CBO installed in the past. However, the game gets pretty glitchy and I oftentimes crash. Without CBO and its add-ons installed, the game runs pretty smoothly with my other AGOT sets. I only recently started using LOV and its CBO add-ons, so I don't think it's directly related to that.

Any advice on my mod list that could help get things working?

Hey @csirke128! Would you be willing to port the threesome feature from https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/31688-wicked-debauchery/ ? It goes really well with the targaryen playthrough but the mod adds additional features which conflict and/or are too much. It would be an addition to the "make love" interaction and one animation.

Hi, i can try look into it later, but havent had to mess around with this part (like how do you select the 2nd actor for the threesome, what characters would be valid for it, and so on), so no promises.

Hi, you might have to do a clean install of the mod, that is remove the folder, and extract out again, you might have some old animations file from previous version

Hi, your load order seems fine, crashes like this usually happen due to running out of resoruces, but you are already using Base only, so not sure how much else can be saved. You could try without LOV if you are not using it, but otherwise not sure what else could be done. Maybe AGOT Micro, but I think they already had like AGOT Small integrated into the main mod or smth.

Hello@csirke128! I also want to report that every single clothing item in AGOT Vanilla is broken. Does there need to be an update with the mod itself? Or do I just have to repeat the steps with the new AGOT mod?

Hi, can you share your load order?

I think it should still work, if you use an AGOT CBO Mesh, that is up to date. Maybe you didnt overwrite the clothing with the ones from AGOT CBO Mesh? Or maybe you are missing CBO Unofficial Animation?
