Can someone help me? My character doesn't "rubber-band" its lower torso with clothes on, but when I take it off it does. But when I am naked in the beginning it works?????

That is a conflict with mods affecting the skeleton. Usually physics related as with bouncy boob stuff. Best to let us see your mod list.

In your installation order. Make sure that NV Compatibility Skeleton - NVCS Installer is at the bottom/loaded last.

I assume "D_ManXX2_Animation_NV_Pack W.I.P 0.2.7z" has come with their own Skeleton file, causing your issues.

Thanks! Also it turned out that the Core file already had a body replacer thing, so my skeleton started working correctly. My character's crotch was still messed up, but I solved that by changing the body type to vanilla-like in the Mod Configuration Menu. Also for anyone needing to know; NVCS installer isn't something you can throw into vortex like i did, you have to install the proper NVCS file.
