Why there's 2 body files for each stage? I mean 2 and 22? And what's the one without any number for?

Okay then, I made small patch to make it also work with beast races (Argonians and Khajiits as well as humans). Due to fact that there's like billion texture replacers for beast races it didn't make much sense to choose one particular replacer so I just used human normal texture which while may not be perfect, at least works quite universally and doesn't look totally off with beast races replacers (I did make Flawn's Vanilla Argonians patch tho if someone uses that).

 

Overall this patch works more or less in the same way as my patch for Frosty. So it changes all slots from 40 to 60 so that it doesn't collide with tail slots used by beast races and wearable HDT tails and adds dedicated Armor Addons for each beast race. And ofc I screwed up and edited wrong .nif files at first so as the result there's both legacy and 3.1 version of bodyslides available in slot 60 variant XD

It works the same way as OG mod - install regular patch and then on top of that you may choose to optionally install OviBody 3.1 (or not). And all of this still has to be installed on top of full original mod (accordingly with original 3.1 bodyslide patch or without). So this is just small esl flagged patch that requires all original files.

 

I don't understand why original creator of Ovi resource pack used tail slot (40). It really fucks up compatibility with beast races and I'm using YA so literally all races in my game have tails lol. That said I'm not 200% sure if slot 60 is completely collision-free. I used it for quite a while now with Frosty mod and didn't notice any issues tho.

@Tlam99 is there any particular reason why this mod doesn't hide original player body mesh and instead overlays two bodies on top of each other? I followed this logic but I also didn't really understand reasoning behind it when I was troubleshooting texture issues :< It seemed to introduce some clipping at first glance but idk. Also I don't really understand what ZAP option does in BodySlide. I generated files with this switch turned on and off and they looked 1:1 the same so still idk what's the purpose of this checkbox :<

There are lots of clothing mods replacing the body. This would also replace the ovi body incl. the hidden body.

The zap hides a good share of original body parts, which can cause clipping. (activated one)

The 2nd zap hide genitals of the ovi, deactivated by default. 

Slot 60 is used quite often for special clothing, accessories.

inb4 It was comment regarding Estrus Spider integration - I'm not an expert but I believe separating those into separate mods could introduce issue with race condition between them since there's no framework for Ovi resources similar to FHU and you can be simultaneously infected by Chaurus, Spider AND Dwemer. The same would be true about integration with Egg Factory - you can have all at the same time and scripts would fight which skin to equip on player. I already have racing between this mod and Frosty's Spider mod (which in fact sometimes has conflicts even with itself lol because it fails to change armor when player is currently engaged in SL animation and as a result ovi skin equipped before SL encounter gets stuck on player forever, I didn't check whether this mod also suffers from similar issue tho)

 

So it would probably be easier to just add dependency on all of Estrus-whatever mods requiring user to install all of them and just rely on ability to disable unwanted ones in their corresponding MCMs if someone doesn't wish to use all of them.

 

and one more note that is more related to Ovi resources themselves than this mod in particular - I found it PITA in general to work with BodySlide pre-generated Ovi sliders as global value in combination with FHU because they're not correlated in any way and due to way those sliders work - bumps are much less visible when you have bigger pregnancy belly and much more visible when you don't. So since value of pregnancy belly is not connected in any way with Ovi sliders I kinda end up with situation where I need to choose between barely visible bumps on big belly or absolutely brutal and violent bumps in case belly is relatively flat atm XD But I can't think of any solution to that issue.

No

1 global is enough mastering this.

 

For the bumps, set bumps higher on each step/bigger belly.  5 skins completely separated.

Why not  ?

The normal of the  5 armors ( bodies) must be swapped.

 

However, why do you want to swap ?

 

There is no need to fiddle around in racemenu with script heavy stuff.

Replace the msn of the 2nd skins with the one posted by @TropSweet in this thread.

This has the pregnant plus OVI msn. No scrpt, no error prone swap.

When I first installed this it had asked me to replace files in cbbe 3ba, if i remember correctly, installing the wont mess with other types of pregnancy mods such as soulgem and febrility mode?

When you say build bodies which one? The single digit or double digit one?

 

Do I set up manually the belly bulge for each one as you words suggest on the post above?

 

And am I supposed to see this in BS rather than the egg bulges? (using 3BA)

what about the odd texture which is not mentioned?

 

EDIT: So I've build the 5 MSN bodies with only one digit, each adding 20% to the pregnant belly slider on both weight

 

I am currently equipped with the 4th one which should be 80% but I have no visible change on my character while its equipped

 

EDIT 2 : So installing the file from Lapsio solved the issue of it no appearing but I can clearly see the non FSMP body "armor" clipping through the original one due to breast having no physics

 

EDIT 3 : Deleted all body slide and tried with only the "hidden body ovi", while it fixes most issues the texture mismatch is quite noticeable

 

Begs the question why are the full body armor replacers there in the first place if people gonna complain about the body clipping issue?

I made me 1 set of a robe for the last stage which  I equip on the second or 3rd stage.

That means, duplicating the robe.

 

My plan was to have a vanilla outfit build according to the steps and add for new step, remove former step.

However, no motivation to do this.

Is there a way to slow down the body swap progression from 1-5? I usually reach body 5 after less than 10min and it stay like that for like +2 IRL hours until egg laying

Variable fTimerArmor(X)

The main ticker is 60s. So if you want equip the next one in ca 10 min, fTimerArmor should be 9. 

the ticker runs empty the first shoot to set everything, so it's 9min plus 1 min = 10 min.

 

you say 10minutes, that means your ingametimer must be sped up quit a bit.

 

As I use the original timer (1min real = 20min ingame) you can calculate it.

Hey there,

first of all, thanks for the mod. after some time i understand how to aktivate this mod.

but now, i got a little problem with the BS Build

i understand it right, you need to build for every stage an other body (1 to 5).

But if i slide the "oviposition" in one of the bodys and save it, its some kind of linked with the other bodys.

like for body 1 i want 20%, body 2 40%, body 3 60% and so on, its always the latest % of the latest saved body in all.

I think i do something wrong.

 

would you be so kind an help me a little?
