I have the teen sex allowed checked but it does nothing. Is there a better file?

If you have High School Years EP installed you need to add the Post-Puberty trait to all Teens that want sex.

Click on your Sim and select Wicked > Personalization > Wicked Attributes > Give Wicked Attributes

 

In order to do the above you need to download and install the 'Inappropriate Unlock' file and copy it inside your Mods/WickedWhimsMod folder.

You also need to go to the WW/Sex Relationship section and check "allow adult-teen sex" if you want to do that.  Otherwise it will be just teen and teen.
