No, just means that even if there is models and textures out there, they might not be able to put it in game until they figure out how to, if the tool at 100% doesn't help then it might take few weeks or months to get a tool capable of doing what they need made.

Oh that reminds me, seen that the tool has a early release build, so if anyone is interested and know what they're doing, go check it out. they had this open for about five days before even seeing it, might of been a private build as never saw a link to it until today?

No updates? is it stuck at 70%? think the tool or devs of it is struggling a little so might take longer, for models and textures, not seen any updates for that yet XD
