I too had hoped to see more animation packs and expansions for this framework by now.

I wish I'd spent more of my free time growing up learning to animate and stuff XD

Closest I got to something similar is an anubis (AI tasks basically) where an NPC (used Tav as the test subject) in Sharess Caress dances for the sitting NPCs then takes them to the empty room upstairs and plays a set of Sex animations between her and the cilent and then receives 5 gold in her inventory, after which she goes back down and the whole process repeats itself till I cast an ability on her that removes the Courtesan AI.

 

There is also dialogue(flyover text) between the CourtesanAI and the Client but since I just overwrote existing in game dialogues for this test it's hardly sufficient, still need to figure out how to make new custom ones but it is 100% doable. Ideally would also want the player to be able to interact as right now it's just NPCs only.

I am curious if anyone has produced (post Patch 8 please) any dialogue or combat mods that can be used in conjunction with the glorious BG3SX framework. What I am looking for is something similar to Defeat or Eager NPC's for Skyrim. Thanks in advance!

There are in fact two by this time, and they sort of overlap nicely: One is a submod for a generic "Defeat" framework that kicks in if your entire party loses and lets people add scenarios for that,  in other words, if you lose, the party is going to get fucked instead of game-overed. The other is a more specific "Here's a button to try to assault something sexually, in or out of combat, but now you need good relationship for consent." I have them both running at the same time as of right now, works fine.

What we don't have yet, and what I'd absolutely love to see, is a way to add some more mechanical depth to sex. I'm thinking (for example) of the Triggers mod and it's successor from Skyrim, where you could tell it what you wanted to happen based on sex scenes. Or some of the many other mods that did this on the side, Triggers was just specifically devoted to it.

But it doesn't have to be anything as detailed as that one, simply having sex result in a buff for the aggressor and debuff for the victim would be fantastic. Consensual scenes could result in somewhat weaker buffs since they'd be easy to make happen. There are a number of appropriate effects, like Frenzied, Wrath, Adrenaline Rush, Happy, Momentum... or Fearful, Distressed, Dazed, Weakened, Exhausted, Reeling, and more.

It would go a long way to make sex feel like a more integrated part of actual gameplay. Anyway. Respectively, the two above mentioned mods for BG3:

Oh and just in case anybody who actually understands coding is intrigued at the potential for a Triggers-like mod, I'll mention some more random things it was used for, other than to make combat sex feel more impactful by selecting custom buffs and debuffs. Naturally, some of these will apply less to BG3, but that was the beauty of it, you set up whatever made sense for you.

Buff participants with light spells at the start of sex scenes (alternatively only if indoors/at night)
Grant some skill experience points for sexual acts (insert classic "one-handed" skill joke)
Simulate STD risk, by adding a % chance of gaining one of the disease effects at the end
Increase your criminal status if spotted by randos during the act
Cast a "Calm" aura at the start of the scene to prevent being ganked during sex
Have orgasms drop liquid alchemy items
Custom tweaks to your character's arousal status via calls to the Arousal mod
Cast spells from other sex mods or add items from them for the sex duration to:

 Wear custom strap-ons to match the animation role as aggressor when appropriate
 Make participants appear, eg, to be lactating, squirting, etc, via custom animated wearables or spells
 Add overlays such as "covered in cum" for the last animation stages
 Tie in with mind-break or slavery mods to bring NPCs on your side

 Tie in with mods that track dominance/submissiveness/other custom stats

 

Anyway, if nothing else, maybe this sparks some imagination of people thinking about possibilities or even just hunting for small things to add. Thanks for coming to my TED talk XD
