Tail is from Etny00 indeed, chastity from SimpleGens just as @lavatube mentioned (choose as soft penis under WW personalization settings)

Is there any chance you could change this mod to the nails or gloves category? That way it would be possible to use it together with a harness in the top space.

Don't think so. The hands and fingers would clip through the mitts because they are attached to the Top.

I cut them off in Blender to prevent this.
