The penis stretching: wrong Skeleton.nif

Install the LAPF penis Skeletons again. Unpack LAPF in an empty Folder, open meshes\characters\_male and copy the Skeleton.nif and the Skeletonbeast.nif. Paste both in your game Folder ( meshes\characters\_male ).

Again, failing to read the installation instructions will bite you in the ass every single time.  If you will just read those install instructions and follow them the LAPF is as fool proof as any mod you will ever find.
