I notice that this mod isn't friendly with "Exaelus's Arduous Edition" mod. The game freaks out by having the color and icon of this mod but it changes the status name back to bleed, blight, and so on. Even some of the skills name and icon mixes up with both mod.

Hi there! I have a problem. When any quest is finished I get error on screenshot and then game crashes without saving progress. Actually everything except lust, kinks and pregnancies resets to state as before quest. Also sometimes game crashes without error screens when Libidinous Knothounds use Sudden Mounting. How do I fix these problems?

I've noticed a few glitchy strings/localizations - specifically, the "Hippocratic" quirk name replacement, as well as the descriptions for the Spectral Speartip, and Non-Euclidean Hilt trinkets, and the Mindbreaker's Pipe and Coat of Many Colors trinkets.

 

The "Hippocratic" quirk rapidly switches between "Pussy Lapper" and "Gynecology Understudy" - I believe that it's been double-renamed (in ll_quirk_preg_strings.string_table.xml *and* CoM.string_table.xml)

 

The Spectral Speartip and Non-Euclidean Hilt descriptions rapidly switch between On Attack (capitalized) and On attack (uncapitalized) - the <entry id="buff_stat_tooltip_random_target_attack_chance"> is named differently in the ll_lustiest_lair.string_table and CoM.string_table.

 

The Mindbreaker's Pipe and Coat of Many Colors's <entry id="trinket_kill_performer_additional_effects"> and <entry id="trinket_was_killed_all_heroes_additional_effects"> are also doublenamed in ll_lustiest_lair.string_table and CoM.string_table.

 

The mod so far's been really cool though!  Great work!

Could you share your mod load order?  I might be able to help

And are you running the most up-to-date version of Darkest Dungeon?

So small question. I kinda want to screw arounf with DD modding again.
Are there any bugs like the slaverqueen ctd in old lustiest Lair that need fixing.

Small note amazing job cleaning up the bugs. Nearly finished my playthrough and not one CTD.

got the same problem with crashing here with knothouds crashing after using sudden mounting.

The crash on use of the 'Sudden Mounting' is a known issue that's been fixed in 1.13 and is currently being tested. You can find information and the latest builds here

I've been getting the same "Assert Failed" Error that @Shawdy posted. It started after the opening quest & first quest in the ruins. I've tried messing around with the required mods shown in the required mods section as well as turning off any additional mods thatseem to affect quest generation, like the Sunward isle mod or Level 2 & 4 Quests, but have had no luck. Any help solving this issue would be appreciated.

 

EDIT: Got it fixed, don't put backup background folders in the /dungeons folder.

Looks like the issue surrounding sudden mounting was quite the headache, but I'm glad it's fixed. Personally, I think those kind of attacks are the way forward for this mod. Of course, getting animators or somehow getting more varieties of animations will be essential for that. I always thought this game/mod has a lot more unexplored potential, so keep it up and good job!

Will the new update include fixes for the double-string thing I mentioned earlier in the thread?  It's not a major issue but it does cause me headaches and also lags the nomad wagon

 

also, do you think you'd ever consider having an alternate file that changes the Crimson Curse reflavoring to be... not penis-based?  While girlcock is awesome i generally prefer my own characters to not have it.  maybe reflavor it as some sort of womb parasite that needs to be fed with (The Blood replacement) occasionally?

So any clue when this new public build is going to be out? Im not going to the the current build and its crashes are not really worth playing. Im crashing a minimum once a dungeon to sudden mounting or too many things registered that are not even shown like cumsluts

Lustiest Lair Expanded v1.2 is now up on my Patreon - two weeks early for Baron-tier patrons, and one week early for Ancestor-tier patrons.
It will drop here on 28th December 17:00 GMT

 

The Jellyfish Update
 
Bugfixes:
  • Fixed all flickering text introduced in Colour of Mindbreak
  • Fixed a whole bunch of missing strings relating to various pregnancies
  • Significantly reduced (but not entirely eliminated) the incidence of crashes when Slaver Lieutenant captures a hero
  • Reintroduced Zombie Embryo as a pregnancy. What could it mean..?
  • Fixed zombie embryo missing a description and missing barks
  • [Loverslab Patch only] Eliminated the incidence of crashes when Mounthound uses the 'Sudden Mounting' attack. (Credit to Shedza for finding a solution!)
  • [LoversLab Patch Only] Champion-level Mounthounds stress attack no longer uses the stats of the Apprentice-level Mounthounds. They were pulling their punches, guys.
  • [LoversLab Patch Only] Mounthounds no longer receive an erroneous bunch of HP when reverting back to their non-capturing state. RIP, 30/15HP Mounthounds.
  • [LoversLab Patch Only] Fixed missing text in the cemetery when a lady is enslaved by a Mounthound
Changes:
  • New enemy added to the Coves: Jellyfish Grabber. They look just like normal jellyfishes, except they can grab your heroines with perverse consequences! Also, they won't crash your game. Probably. (Art provided by LYNNCORP, Animation provided by pchyao)
  • Renamed jellyfish skills
  • Added Lustiest Lair support for the popular mod class The Duchess
  • Reduced action economy of Slutty Priestess
  • Slightly Increased HP of Slutty Priestess (This is overall a nerf, so I didn't want to make her too easy.)
  • Changed bark text to make it clearer what you're supposed to do in the Priestess fight when you're hit by a Gargoyle's heavy attack
  • Significantly increased the pregnancy chance of Slaver Lieutenant, and all other effects that inflict 'Seed of the Demoness'
  • Restored birthing to some pregnancies. (Zombie Embryo, Fungal Pregnancy, Slime Pregnancy, Knothound Litter)
  • Retuned some trinkets (If any are broken or don't function as you'd hope they do, please let me know.)
  • Nipple vibrator stun resistance debuff reduced
  • Chastity trinket now gives +10% PROT
  • Teasing Top now grants +5 Accuracy
  • Stick Gag no longer reduces Accuracy
  • Rabbit vibe now grants +5 DODGE
  • Revealing Armour no longer reduces PROT
  • [LoversLab Patch only] LoversLab Patch is now a separate mod instead of files to overwrite. Place it ABOVE LL:E in your mod order!
  • [LoversLab Patch only] Mounthound's mounting attack now causes the Knothound Litter pregnancy with a high chance

Good to see that this mod is still alive!

 

Would I have to start a new game to go from the old LL to this? I got pretty far (further than I ever did in vanilla) and don't particularly relish starting over

Maybe I missed this in a description, but here's the question. Does the mod include any Crimson Court content? Or better to disable it not to ruin consistency?
