I am using latest version of CK3, when I add your reimagined mods I no longer see the Carnal court interaction only the make love interaction.

The "Carnal Court Make Love" in CLR overwrite the interaction with the same name from CBO. It fires exactly the same CBO sex scene, only the interaction effects are consistent with those of "Make Love". You should see it if CBO is active and you haven't disabled it in the game rules. I always play with both mods and always see both "Make Love" and "Carnal Court Make Love".
