Planning to replay FNV, got mod/collection recommendation?

I've played and finish FNV way back, didn't do much modding and I certainly didn't touch LL back then.

Now I'm considering to replay it with spicy mods, got any suggestions?

Have you thought about Tales of Two Wastelands install, that marries FO3 and FONV? As to spicy, Sexout is about all we have. At least, there are no XMLS, so no AAF accusations and drama..

For tales of the two wasteland, do I need F3 as well?

Yes, but ends up disabled in Vortex as TTW takes over the file.
