Which mod is this from?

I haven't played for quite some time and when I fired up the game today, and tried to speak to the animal, this window popped up: 

The thing is, no matter which of the two options I choose, I get stuck with the animal following me everywhere, with no apparent option to make it stop. I have a vague memory that I've been in this particular situation before, but as it is not recorded in my Troubleshooting folder, I cannot recall how I dealt with it. It is somewhere within the options of some of the mods I'm using, but which one?! 

If you have the answer, that would be a most appreciated shortcut to the solution. Thanks.

I think it is from Ordinator - I remember seeing a Speak with Animals in the Speech Perk tree for it
