Assuming you have them in your inventory already (if not, they can be found in birds nests, spider egg sacs, piles of chaurus eggs, the inventory of killed dragons etc.):  

If the NPC is a follower you can ask to trade and then get them into their inventory that way (same with the potions that accelerate the pregnancy or clear the curse).  

You could also reverse-pickpocket them into their inventory.

If all else fails, face the NPC, open the console, click on the NPC to select them, type "openactorcontainer 1" (without quotation marks), press enter, exit the console.  Do that and their inventory menu will pop up just like if they were a follower and you asked to trade.

I have a small problem; I must have done something wrong, but I can't figure out what. The mod works fine, no problems anywhere, except for one detail ... the morphs. Everything works perfectly on my PC, but not on my follower. The belly expands normally, but the breasts don't change at all. On my PC they change perfectly. So I don't understand where the error is. What makes the belly of both characters inflate properly, but only the breasts on my PC inflate?

Egg Factory has never supported NPC breast expansion.

Okay, well that explains it... I thought I'd missed a setting... out of curiosity, is it something you'll set up or is it a pain to implement ?

No timeline for 4.0 yet. Main planned feature is integration with Sexlab so that you can get pregnant with Egg Factory eggs after a sex scene.
