I asked about the version, that's why I get 2.2.0 but the file size is the same as 2.2.1, so I thought it was strange.

Yes, those are the only files you should have. If you are using the save from TriggerBlade, you'll be fine with only focusing on the active career.

Do you have the Get to Work Expansion Pack? It is required for the active part. Also, make sure that the lot is assigned the right type.

This is probably a silly question but will they actually "perform the scene" or just any scene as an actor? As in do they have sex and the director films with the camera like the snapshots you provided or no?

It's a Wicked Whims animation for the camera that I have in the screenshots. I think it is from Anarcis, but I'm not 100% sure. If you want a director/producer to operate the camera with that animation, you'll have to use the NPC Sex controls in WW to play that animation for that Sim. If you just want the director/producers in the room watching, you can just ask them to watch via WW.

Hello, I have problems assigning the lot type as it do not show up in my list of types.
I do have basmental-venue-list, lot51, xmlinjector, and all expansions to the game.
I have not used any venue list before so I dont know if im missing something but did not find any more to it than to put directly in my mods folder. Are these new types of venues located somewhere different from the base games ones?

I did manage to find awe porn studio venue as a type when searching in my library but as I have not been able to assign it to any none show up ofc.

 

I also achived lvl5 in game but that should not matter for assigning the lot type.

Hi! Happy New Year! I have the following problem, I downloaded the lot and I had the opportunity to set it up for the AWE porn studio, but I decided that the AEP mod also gives me the opportunity to go to work, so I downloaded the mod and everything related to it, including the personal video studio lot, now, the AWE lot is registered only as AEP studio, at the same time, I can not change the purpose of the lot in any way, to the point that even the site just remains AEP personal video studio. Has anyone encountered such a problem?

Sorry if this has been asked before - I've been using the mod for a while without issue, then didn't really play Sims for most of December. I got all the Sims updates and all the Wicked Whims versions and updated all the other mods I had and only had to get rid of one (Nisa's Wicked Perversions - it wasn't cooperating with MCCC). But since I started playing again, I haven't had the option to stream for fans and whenever I click on a computer on the AWE lot and click on the AWE interactions, the option to pick a scene isn't there. I did start a new Sims family, but I've gotten her up past level 5, maybe to level 6 by now? I'm using the AWE lot in this play that you linked a while back and I tried swapping out one of the computers to see if that helped, but no dice. I don't know if something else is out of date that might impact it, but I thought I had everything?

A venue list tells the game what lot types are acceptable in a given world. By having a venue list that tells the game that the venue type I have created with this mod, you can assign that lot type to a lot the same way you do residential/bar/library/etc. If you aren't seeing the lot type to assign, then there is something wrong. You can look at the "AWE_log.log" file in Notepad and it will show you any file you have installed with "venue" in the name, so check to see if you have more than one venue list installed.

Are you using the same desk/table that you were before you took a break? There is code that prevents the desk "THE Front Desk" from working properly for anything other than a receptionist location.

I recommend using UI Cheats Extension and just doing the cheats yourself. I may add a feature in the future to get invited to the professional part of the career via a phone call later, but I am working on some other things at the moment.

I can easily recreate the mod but I am too busy scratching my balls. I have been banned from Lover's Lab more times than your parents have made children.  Not going to rip anyone off. I'm not sure if it's the same one - I'm using the venue you have linked and I used a different one or made a different one in my last game. It has THE Front Desk but also other desks with computers and I'd tried them all. I just tried buying another new desk and computer and still the same issue where the AWE menu is there, but the pick a scene option never comes up and I still don't get the option to stream from home lots.

So:  I have a couple, one a porn actress, one a producer.  My producer seems to have kinda intense requirements to get past the very first level of work.  Photography and Writing skill, fine, I get that.  Charisma... iffy, but I always max that out anyhow, so fine.  But why would anyone in the production end of porno need even a single star of fame?  I would think the Media Production skill would be far more relevant.  Also, Writing skill SEVEN for the third level of the career?  I suspect most professional published authors don't have that equivalent level of writing.  These are porno scripts, not exactly known for their scintillating prose.  The only good porno dialogue I can think of is the "lemon stealing whore," and I'm pretty sure that was ad-libbed.

 

I've tried the Athlete scenario, no issues there.  The Doctor scenario, not so much.  I managed to get a co-star onto the exam table (once I figured out how to even place an exam table), but no option to perform any tests appears.  The Delivery scenario works, but it takes you off-lot and some of the lesser goals are required to be performed on the AWE lot, so it is impossible to complete them.

 

The Fuck a Fan event works, but the AWE Frat Party does not:  No eligible guests show up to invite.

1. Why I have fame for a production requirement: There are many porn videos that are promoted due to the director/producer in addition to the talent on screen.

2. The skill levels are so high because there are there are only three levels. I tried to make some tasks with media production, but they all wouldn't work, so I completely ignored a skill that I wouldn't use with any of the career's assignments.

3. I know that the doctor scene isn't great. The delivery scene gives you the option to return to the lot once you are done there.

4. For the Frat Party, you'll have to assign fan memberships either by signing up with Sims or using shift+click cheats on one of the actors.

I don't see Lot51 Core on this and it is used now instead of XML Injector for the injections.

I think you should change the description on this thread and download page, because that might confuse people for saying two different things like in the bottom screenshot.

Thanks for pointing out the place I forgot to remove the XML Injector reference. Lot51 core has been required for scripting for several updates though, so you should have had it anyhow. There is no problem with having both installed.

But here is the thing Im at Pornstar Career step 3 now, and it says my Promotion Task is to Improve you social status no matter what I do its at 0-1000.

I do have the AWE only says Reat Porn Forums and Canse AWE Fan Membership.
Meaning if there is something here which is missing id be lovely to know?

Ive had other porn career mods ignore this for now since I believe its a bug due to incompabilities, or older broken ish mods which might have broken Ive reinstalled and am trying to climb Ill return if and write again if the problem is there.
