Thank you for the great mod. 

 

I really like the feature of a non-rabbit-hole career.

 

You the crews in the movie studio are those sims who are working in production career.

 

Except their role is chosen randomly.

 

I wonder if you can make if a sims work as a director, he will show up as a director in the movie studio lot?

The top goal set is the "plot" of the scene. If you complete them, sex will be the last goal on that list. The other goals help you gain fame, get to know your co-workers, or stay alive.

 

I also encountered a similar problem.

 

I already installed the latest version of Lot51's core library.

 

According to the log51_core.log file, the script recognizes AWE, as you can see the screenshot below:

When I click a computer in the movie studio, there's no AWE dialog.

The stricter I make a filter, the more likely that the game will generate a random Sim, so I'm not planning on changing the filters for the production staff.

 

Can you show me the desk and computer that you are trying?

for the life of me i cannot get the lot type for this mod to work. i've updated everything that needed it, added all the required mods (xml, one of the venue list mods, wicked whims, and lot 51) and despite all this i cannot select the custom venue lot type for the building. its a real shame because i wanted to try this and compare it with AEP because what really caught my attention was the get to work function. i looked through my mod folder to see if there was possibly anything that would conflict but as far as i can tell there isn't anything i can think of.

Since you mention AEP, make sure you don't have the venue list that came with it.

Thank you for a very enjoyable mod. The only issue I am having is with the spawning of co-workers. Am I correct in my understanding that co-workers are supposed to be generated the first time your sim goes to work for the active career? I have been able to build an AWE studio lot, I can select a scene to shoot and the event starts as it should with objectives and the timer displayed, but my sim is the only one on the lot. Have I misunderstood something?

I just checked on a new save and it generated Sims to fill all of the roles. You might have another mod that tries to keep new Sims from spawning like NPCC.

got everything working and have been playing with the mod after a bit a troubleshooting. i am wondering if it is possible to reduce the number of tasks before the sim actually has the sex with their coworker, because they end up spending most of the day bullshitting, and then there's barely any time left for "shooting the scene" in my experience. maybe not even actually reducing the tasks but just making the sex task available once they have picked the scene? i understand some of the tasks are meant to represent a certain type of plot in the scene but some of those take awhile and don't work well into the sex animations downloaded that include their own related scenes anyway, like a handyman scenario for instance. on the subject of shooting the scene, i'm wondering if you have anything in the works that would function similarly to the get famous active career day for an actor, where someone actually operates the camera, the director yells action, etc. and i think the "risky" vs "safe" would be fun in that context too and be better. i think those things would be great for consistency and immersion! thanks for making this mod !

also! forgot to add this but wicked whims had a simhub feature at one point where you could photograph sex from different angles and sell the pictures and i think a similar function where you can operate a camera and actually take pictures and record would be so cool

The next update offers the ability to have a scene without a plot. You could always extend your work day, simplify the layout of your building, or use UI Cheats Extension if you think the time is too short. As for the Get Famous roles, it works for that career because the lot is always set up in a specific way for where those Sims will be.

Make sure you have all of the requirements installed. I can take a look at your AWE_log.log file to see if it shows any information.

The log looks fine. I tested it with the 2.3.1 version of the mod and only the most recent releases of lot51 Core and The Sims 4 and it shows up. If the entire pie menu isn't showing up on a computer, the only things I can think of are it's either on "The Front Desk" with which computer interactions are coded not to work or it's a computer that wasn't made right by its creator and is missing the interaction the injector is using to identify computers. Have you tested it with only the AWE-Pornography, Lot51 Core, and WW installed?

I think i found the issue. i can't have AEP installed with AWE at the same time.

Hi! just a suggestion. I want a realistic studio and I made cameramen and stylists to join my crew, but they don't pop up on my lot. I assigned the get famous npc careers with a cheat, is that enough? My producer and directors have the career that came with your mod and I created a make-up artist with the npc career that filled the role once, but for the other jobs it doesn't work. Can you make crew jobs too?

I just updated the FAQ, but the top row of goals is based on what scene you pick. The first one after "pick a scene" is a safety one and the others will follow it.

Hi,

I just downloaded the porn career mod, along with the Zerbu’s venue list and I’m still not seeing anything to make a venue? Nor am I getting any pie menu/interactions or careers. I’m so confused as I’ve downloaded and installed everything following instructions and everything

You may have another venue list installed. You or I can take a look at your AWE_log.log file and see what information it gives.

The sex part of the scene is up to your interpretation. I don't want to require you to have any specific animations installed, so that is up to the player. The acting parts require the player to take a certain role: doctor instead of patient, repairman/deliveryman instead of customer, cop instead of prisoner (currently only on Patreon), etc. There is also a scene that doesn't have any requirements other than sex in the current Patreon release.  There is a minimum of one male and one female coworker each shift.

If you have a big enough pool of Sims in the career in other households, it should not generate any new ones.

Is it the same computer? How long has it been between instances? If it is a short period of time, then I'm not sure what's causing it. If it has been months, then maybe you don't have lot51 core installed because I switched to using it for injections instead of XML injector.

Thanks,  the reason because I didn't download lot51....... Also, I  found that playing the doctor career makes it difficult for patients to move on to the next step after sitting on a  chair for examination. The schedule will not change after check the patient.I have tried several times and everything is the same. Can you check it out?
