I think I'm missing something... All textures and meshes are in place, the esp is active but its like the game use the old and the new appearence at the same time... Any help plz?

are you using better vampires by any chance cause i have the same problem but it only seems to happen when better vampires is installed

Ahh it took me so long to find how to convert it but Great mod it still works as advertised. A must have mod for any vampire playthrough.

I used https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/23316?tab=description for conversion

This and Celestials was two of my favorites back in my LE days. Maybe try to convert to SE some day.

Op I have tried pretty much every single vampire lord replacer and nobody did it better than you. Thank you for this and please ignore the braindead idiots. You did an amazing work and your mod is the best one out there. I'll share some screenshots of my character in vamp lord form. Cheers.

It should be the normal, install and you are done, it will only do something when the character changes into a vampire, otherwise it does nothing.
