OH, so is it just a bug or something? Cause it is dont built yet, but i've already got this quest

The mine entrance should be at the top center of this screenshot where the tree is by the mountain. There are conditions on the dialogue for the quest to be offered that CDxExpMain needs to be stage 275 by which the trees behind the shop are cleared, the barracks built and the mine ready. From the screenshot the expansion hasn't even started yet. If the stage on CDxExpMain is 25 or greater there are some major issues with the properties on scripts.
You can either:
Reset the mining quest: setstage CDxTaskMining 990

or

Complete the expansion: Use the MCM menu option in 'Quest Options' or setstage CDxExpMain 980 (this is what the MCM menu does)

umm, i dont know which files I need. Theres so many. Do I need to download all of them?

I am guessing you are playing SE if so you need to look at the files at the bottom of the list starting with Captured Dreams v4.15 SSE

You want part 1, one of the 4 part 2 files based on the resolution you want for the textures, one of the two part 3 files based on body though they are both a bit outdated and don't really fit current bodies that well, you want the file at the bottom of the list CD device removal DDv4 update v2.

There are also a part 4 and part 5 files, part 4 for LE only as it includes LE CBBE meshes for the mods devices. and part 5 includes a bunch of optional esp files.

There are quests in CD that work well and some that need rebuilt from the ground up (property slave being one of them). The Package Delivery quest is probably one of the better constructed ones I have done as any unique npc who should be accessable (and isn't a bandit or something similar) can be a customer. There are 2 quests that run it, one selects the customer (radiant style quest with a nuimber of filters) and passes that to the main part of the quest which runs a final check on the customer, if it fails it reruns the selection quest. I rebuilt this quest at least 4 times two of which I completely deleted the quests and started over. Unfortunately about 1/3 of the current quests at minimum needs the same thing done to them but ideally the entire mod needs redone.

Here I have Lydia as a customer, either she wants a catsuit or dress or she intends to ambush me and tie me up in the middle of the night.

First what do you mean by "New ESP file" is it this one Captured Dreams.esp

 

Second I cannot find the part 4 file.

For the SE version parts 1 and 2 are the only required files. Part 3 is needed as everything should be included in DDI and DDX. Part 5 and the DDv4 update file are recommended but not necessary. The esp is included in part 1 so the lone esp shouldn't be needed.

I think something must have bugged in my game; I've been in the mine as a slave for 6 days now, and my level in the book on the table says it's level: 0.0000

This mod is, pardon my bluntness, very annoying to install. Wouldn't a FOMOD treatment make it infinitely easier to manage instead of having 35 different loose files?
