How do you go about converting clothes in this game?

Is it a similar procedure to Skyrim/does Outfit Studio work in Oblivion? Is it more complicated/easier? What's the "standard" method? Thanks in advance.

I only use "New Clothing Body Style Converter" to convert Oblivion armor/clothes to other Oblivion bodies/cup sizes. I never did  Skyrim to Oblivion .  Can't help.
