Because a PC offers a lot more than a console, often enough more power too, and while you're stuck with your set of games on consoles nowadays most of the games come out for PC which offers you a broader range of games with all the MMO and flash and browsergame stuff out there even more games to choose from. PC means freedom. Why can't I do an IT specialist's hotline job for only one day? Sometimes it must be better than watching comedy after all. you really want to, I just spent 2 hours from just before 6pm until 8pm trying to solve an e-mail issue with the CEO, not funny at all.
