Looking for a STD/infection mod.

I'm looking for a mod that adds sexually transmitted diseases depending on race/npc etc.. 

 

I've been trying to find one for the last hour or so but the closest thing I could find is a mod for LE I don't really want to try and convert it to sse and it seems a bit old and outdated (2014)

 

I'm currently playing on 1.5.97 and using SexLab as my main framework (not Flowergirls or Ostim/sex/etc)

Depends on the mod, if it's just an esp and a few scripts, you might find it works fine on SE with no conversion needed. Just because it was made in 2014 doesn't mean it doesn't do what you want!

Not sure if they're exactly in the style you are looking for, but the only two mods I can think of with STD functions are:  Sexlab Beastess, and Sexlab Parasites.  Both have SSE variants.  For Beastess, be sure to look for the "patched" version, as it has bug fixes to it.

It's a risk because old mods can have broken/outdated scripts, I was wondering if a more modern version existed, I saw someone convert it through CK

I've looked at both Sexlab Parasites is interesting but sadly I don't use Devious devices.

Yeah, it looks like they just resaved the esp, which most of the time is pointless and is sometimes problematic. I would just install the original LE version and give it a go. You can always go back to the save you made before installing it if it causes problems.

Wish I knew how to mod because this is a great idea but I can't find anything either. Would be simple, just create new diseases that give de-buffs and maybe add skin effects via RaceMenu for (X) amount of times had sex. I think I've seen a condom mod (non-functional, just for looks) either here or on vectorplexus. Like the other guy said the only thing i've played similar to this concept is SL Parasites but not gonna lie, at least for me, it was a pain in the ass to set up and had lots of bugs, expect to be sifting through old support threads for updated versions and patches.

I've been playing around with the mod SexLab STD that I linked earlier and it's very serviceable, there is two unique STDs per race and you can decide the odds (rape, anal, vaginal, oral, lesbian, gangbang etc) in the MCM of them happening they give you a debuff and can affect other NPC you have sex with making them very weak (around 10% HP temporarily) they will also start hating you if they contract something from you, I have not tested it enough to see how that interacts with mods like SLHH, approach and BaboDialogue but I'm hoping it actually works well together that would be pretty nice.

 

you can use a condom (invisible) to protect yourself but since I use these mods I can equip the condoms on partners and it works very well it's a bit of a hassle to put them on but anything for roleplay lol ?

Vaguely OT but the Beastess SE mod allows STDs but then you must bonk the odd animal. Cannot recall if you can catch STDs from humans by it but maybe worth a look at least.

beastess is focus for creatures content, but have a nice std system you can spread to any npc. the only thing all these std mods need, is a visual skin illness for be more immersive.

Fun little mod though there's a bug which spams the console when you re-transmit the diseases to other people. I *think* I've got it patched out, and I've posted it elsewhere, but I'm still testing it to make sure it doesn't recur. It seems there's two bugs, one that outputs "SexLab STDs: False" because the <= check accidentally converts the whole string to False, and another that the while loop never ends because they forgot to add a loop index increment pSTDi += 1 . Combining the two bugs spams the console. 

 

I've also noticed there is a SexLabSTDs.json file which appears to add SlaveTats textures for diseases. I tried adapting this to use the Immersive Diseases textures for the STD diseases, but I haven't got it working yet. I suspect this feature might not have been implemented as I can't find any reference that applies the GenitalLice.dds texture. The immersive diseases mod does have source code for applying tattoos that doesn't use SlaveTats, so that might be an option, but it's probably too much work for me since I only know how to make minor tweaks in mods.
