Beast Races for Certain Holds of Skyrim

Forgive me I don't usually go on forums much anymore and I don't remember the proper etiquette for posting things or starting a post, Sorry in advance. Anyhow, I just wanted to express how much I like Deer Npcs for Falkreath by Bad Dog ((I think he made it)) but I was wondering if we can further implement nord-to-beast races for other specific holds of skyrim. Namely: Whiterun Nords become Horses, Markarth Nords become Minotaurs or Goats, Solitude Nords become Lykiaos/wolves and Windhelm become Bears ((Or Cellan because I cannot find a actual Bear race)). Basically make the Npcs represent their Hold Flag's animal.
