Nora doesn't fancy Nate

I can use F11 but I cant click on Nate & when I click on Nora it says that she would be attracted to me if I wasn't so poor lol what's caused that cos I need it gone xxx

Try check aaf settings ini

AAF has a feature built in that creates random preferences for every NPC. For instance, some prefer people who are wealthy (have a lot of caps), others prefer experienced people, some only like people who are both wealthy and experienced. Their score is represented in that chart with a hint at the biggest reason holding you back in their eyes.

 

There are ways to tie into this system for mod authors. But, I don't believe anyone has done so yet.
