Depends on the charity of people mostly. Need to know people who willingly paid to get early access and are willing to just give it to you for free. Otherwise wait for the guy on Gamebanana to finish dilly dallying and release the mods there for free.

Pro tip: Expand your circle, make friends and have something others don't. That's how the world works kiddo.

rename all .ini files by removing the "DISABLED" from it and run the 2.3 fixer (available on gamebanana site) on the root folder of the mod (if the mod is merged/has toggle function)
them rename them back with the "DISABLED" and done.
*The fixer doesnt edit the ini files containing the DISABLED in the file name.

Fair enough, I might have some yeah.

  JP and foreign web forums tend to have their own bubble of modders: Arca.live for example. Also I recommend you don't go to the JP because Hoyo is predominantly chinese IP so you might want to take a look there instead. I recommend using telegram but just know there will be a language barrier.
