I just found that ahuang uploaded some versions of female blade, kinda nice altho his face is still kind-of mannish so i used the straw hat version.

Also found some TS mods but they're expired.

So we don't need account, i don't. On the bottom of their post usually they give links in form of a code. Example the code is

for version 1, if you read their sticky post on the subforum (wuthering wave modding), they tell you to use  https://www.base64decode.org/ for decoding that code. Just use auto-decode and click decode on the web with the provided code.

https://nahida.live/mods/3533fa37-038c-423a-9601-e2af5af51bef is the result from the link you provided, then you enter password (you buy it or ask another person for code). However if you opened the link it's expired. As SourceInterloper said arca modders kinda shitty in that they give links that have expiration date, even though you already paid for access.
