I could've sworn he never did, but having gotten Sparkle recently and being reminded of its existence, I was just wondering if it ever did, because it looks amazing and it'd be a huge shame if it just remained scrapped forever And, if it did actually release and I couldn't manage to find it somehow, does anyone have it? Or something similar to it? I love magical girls, and anything at least close would be terrific 2

It sucks that exce stopped making mods for hsr and is focused more on zzz and wuwa. I love zzz but i dropped wuwa so i hope exce eventually comes back to hsr. 2
