Game won't boot please help

I recently had to reinstall NMM and when i put my mods back in the game no longer boots at all, im at a loss as to what to do next

You appear to be using Vortex not NMM.

The screenshots are just a folder full of mod folders which does not not tell anybody anything.

Usually when the game doesn't even make it to the menu it's just a missing master plugin. Load your loadorder as-is in xEdit and it'll tell you what's missing. No doubt Vortex/NMM can do this as well.
