I'm not having any luck either with default outfits or nude for that matter... (I think the v1.2 work with it maybe combined but I got confused) but the 3 addons for Leon villein outfit work great for her with his P.A mods.  His name on nexus is Peachy.  Activated those two playable ashley/animations v1.5 and 1.1 plus 1/3 addons and it works great with pool party etc.

with those addons you'll pick Leons Villain outfit and whichever corrosponding addon+ashley ingame outfit.  

 

It loaded perfect several times in a row then I got a few crashes, other said three in a row crash.

The physics on Ada are very much based on vanilla outfit and overall slim shape. The more you go outside of that the weirder its going to get. Its why I halved the weights on her breasts because they are very much tied to speed of motion and the direct of that motion. They don't jiggle like Ashley. The awkward way the leg bends could also just be poor weighting.

 

When importing and exporting these models its not uncommon for weights to get messed up and it only gets worse when your trying to copy those weights unto a brand new model to replace the original further messing them up. The first nude Ashley mod and the messed up shoulders and knees are an excellent example of that, since the author would have very much been in the testing phase and using tools that would be on their first versions and all the associated problems that comes with being first/early. After a while everything will get tweaked and these types of things will be mostly ironed out.

From your screenshot I would say that you only have my mod installed as you have the "shape", but don't have the required "playable" mod installed that would bring in all the associated animations/sounds/textures that are needed for the mod to work right. However, it looks like you already got it figured out.

I have not experienced stuttering. The stuttering can come from a lot of different things outside of the mod such as settings, hardware, if your running other applications along with playing the game(such as watching a stream), and the game itself. However if it is from a mod then I imagine its more likely from the playable mod than it is from mine, as all mine does it just replace the 3d model. The playable mod is changing textures, animations, sounds, etc. You will notice that the rain also will not actually make contact either as if there is an invisible barrier because its meant for Leon's taller model. I am not sure what you mean about the back weapons being on the floor. You could try using the playable Ashley mod with Leon's animations and that might fix it, but then you have male animations on a female body. You can also try running around the water with my mod turned off (playable mod on) to help pinpoint the issue.

 

I did run into an odd issue with the magnum where it will go crazy if you fire it while your character is having a "headache" from the Plagas or those Red robed enemies chanting.

Yeah sorry, uses Villain outfit I tried doing something with normal outfits but wasn't able to.

Did you Re-read game archives in Fluffy mod manager? If you didn't that's most likely the cause.

EDIT: Oh yea, if you are wondering why there is no jacketless version, it just kept crashing the way I did this. Use the other version (by Emiya_Kiristugu) instead of my Addons for jacketless outfits :)

 

1. Just get this https://www.nexusmods.com/residentevil42023/mods/341?tab=description (You can use with or without animations Addon)

2. Get my Addons pack Playable Ashley Graham Addons.rar

3. Activate "Playable Ashley Graham" and any of my "Playable Ashley Graham Addon" (and optionally "Ashley's Animations" Addon)

4. Activate any mod you want to use for Playable Ashley

5. Run RE4R and select Villain costume for Leon

6. Now load your game, if it crashes just try again, I had to try loading up to 3 times until it worked

 

This is what it should look like.

I know it sucks, but I just made this as an option until someone makes a proper version.

Some outfit mods may not work correctly, nothing I can do about that, I would need to read up on how pfb files work and how to properly edit them to fix crashes and other issues but I don't want to right now, maybe some other but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Can you send the version of the "Playable Ashley" mod that you have? For if I put the version that is now on Nexus, then if I put any mod for Ashley, the game immediately crashes.

I used the current version 1.5 and if the game crashes when loading a save file just start the game again and try loading again a few times, it crashes for me as well, sorry about that.

Agreed, we could do with an Aerosmith Ada now and coupled with the Playable Ada/Ashley plugins from our friends Emiya_Kiristugu and Nekomodo here we'd have a pretty much definitive edition of this classic game ?

I made a video to help those trying to use playable Ashley. With the new playable Ashley fix from nekomodo you don't need to over ride older playable Ashley mods. I uninstalled all mods before the video. In the video I install the playable Ashley, Choose the costume add on , then I install nude mod from Haise Sasaki, and AG Busty Plus last. (the first nude mod sort of fixes the neck misalignment on Busty mod)
