Okay I need to know how you managed to get the teleport to work with Ashley, because I've tried everything and the teleport didn't work at all with her, it worked with Leon just fine, but the No clip and the teleport with her simply doesn't work

No, it's a different page. The previous was deleted, and Techmiller uploaded the mod again but he hid it with other mod that is the main mod. Pretty pathetic that a modder has to mask a nude mod with other. But no problem for Capcom in a nude mod for Leon and screenshots with his erect dick.

 

Techmiller has already warned to the author of the new nude mod for Ashley:

Can you share the version of playable ashley you are using ive tried the 3 versions on the nexus page but the playable clothes dont get replaced and villan is just default villan leon.

Pretty sure all the nude Ashley mods on Nexus were pirated from Patreon.  Immediately, commenters petitioned their removal for being infringements.  That being said, it doesn't explain the Ada swap mod or the lack of non-infinging nude female mods. Something is going on, and I wonder if it's the community or a combination of factors.  I think five years ago, a free nude Ashley would probably have been up day one.
