Is Skyrim SE Anniversary update good to switch to now?

I am deciding to go back into Skyrim after a year of not playing. Is the Anniversary update still missing a good amount of mods or is mostly everything updated to it now?

 

This also includes any NSFW mods as well.

It's rare, but there are some mods with requirement chains that go into skyrim platform, which doesn't appear to be updated anymore and doesn't work on AE 164+.

 

Other than that, I've had little issues, and if I did, it was just installing either a patch or NG version download
