Ahh! I really like how the eyes look on your character! They are not too "anime-ish" as in exaggerated but are more on the realistic looking side. May i ask where you got that great looking face mesh?

Some blue added, but most of it is from the game (Magelight at night looks very blueish with my ENP settings.) I really only added some blue highlights to go where light coming from the flames would hit the skin.

 

There is also this mod, which can do quite a few neat effects in the game, bypassing the need to do it in Photoshop:
