So yea imma using MO2 and i downloaded some mods. I have skyrim SE and i dont know what is going on can some1 please help?

The Internet can help. Try using a search engine to find one of the many video guides on how to use MO 'how to' every aspect of modding Skyrim.

are there any ready mod packs similiar to my mods?

you're always going to end up with some stuff in your overwrite every time you run the game.  A lot of it will just be some saved settings, and it's safe to leave it in your overwrite folder and ignore it.

 

Form 43 - you probably have a Skyrim LE plugin mixed in with your SE stuff.  Actually it's telling you exactly which mods are non-compliant - update them to their SE versions
