Raider Pet and Horizon Outcast with all AAF mods

Just have to give applause for the  concepts and hard work regarding all the AAF creators and lovers lab contributors.  Raider Pet  as a concept and immersive mod has changed my in game thinking about how to deal with Raiders.  It differs from mods like Hardship because it does NOT give me an advantage and easy win button.  I play Horizon Outcast difficulty, so realism is very important to me.  Well, besides maybe a little bit too many horny raiders (maybe tone down the sex demands a bit or add a timer since last scene) Raider Pet really nails an immersive raider life experience and gives a taste of "reputational repercussions " when the Diamond city guards begin harassing you for running with raiders.  Its like real life man, great job, great concept, I hope this mod gets some attention and added to, there is real potential to make something far better then any Bethesda raider add-ons like NukaWorld.   Anyhow, love this additional option in my game to, at the very least , scout out a raider encampment, for a price oO , great job and thank you.

Have you tried these, both are still being developed but are top shelf! @JB. is very good at what he does and both have support threads.

Yes, thank you, but there are serious conflicts with Horizon in those two, and I'm never going back to Fallout vanilla , but, thanks again for the suggestion. Anything that makes changes to the base game terrain, breaks Horizon.  Will work for a while, than BAM,, need a horizon patch for such mods

I am not trying to convice you, but would like to add my experiences with the combination of these mods with Horizon, if you allow.

I played both mods with Horizon 1.8 myself and both are working pretty ok with Horizon on my end. Especially Nuka Ride. The only "problem" i found, was when someone is supposed to give you a stimpak you will get a Horizon Adrenaline Injector instead. But this is not really a problem, when you collect some stuff in Nuka World to make some bandages and trauma kits in advance. Otherwise its working pretty well. I didnt encounter any terrain problems on my end.

Commonwealth Slavers is another story. But the restrictions that come with it mostly apply to other overhauls, mixed loadorders as well. I only deactivated following Hz Plugins:

Z_Horizon_Timescale (would possibly be annoying with CS)

Z_Architect_EnhancedSettlements.esp

Z_Architect_EnhancedSettlements_DLC.esp

And this just to avoid possible problems when you are passing Hangmans Alley while being walked to DC. I dont know if that was really necessary

The author also added some light support for Horizon, like useful healing items and ingredients for a quest where you have to cook something.

There is only one critical part of Horizon: The dynamic spawns. Though it can be deactivated it doesnt seem to actually deactivate correctly. So in rare occasions it can happen that some critters attack and break the AI of CS NPCs. Doing a save here and there solved this for me.

TLDR:

Nuka Ride didnt cause any problems on my end, i have had several playthroughs with that and Horizon and also beat the vanilla story on saves with more than 8 realtime days playtime.

Commonwealth Slavers works with some adjustments too, but you might consider playing it only for the story of that mod on a separate profile (if you happen to use something like MO2). Especially if you liked Raider Pet, because CS has some similarities, but with story, emotions and feels much more complete.

I appreciate your input a lot , thank you.  I eliminated "real handcuffs" as it was causing problems, hate tatoos oO, and don't like family planning and its requirements.. I love building towns, I use settlement attack systems, and make building settlements very difficult to maintain.  All my settlers are mortal, some die during attacks. Im using Enclave America Rizing part 2 now as well. So the "alternative start" doesn't appeal to me at all at this time, but I love  seeing your ideas and how you manage Horizon .  It really is compatible with most things if you trim away the "Architect extras".  Love your input for future adventures, thank you.  I dont even play in Nuka world, such a boring storyline, nice to see someone made something from it worth trying.

Sorry for the thread hijack.

So how is part 2 america a rising running.

Does part 1 need to run or be complete?

Any onerous prerequisites?

I did part one as a guy-hero type not as a sex object and it was fun and seem logical in many ways to me.

PS: yes i have done Raider Pet with female character and CS.

For me Raider pet was almost  a bit too mild ( no real punishments).

CS was realistic about punishments, but also went a bit too far (like why would anyone shaveoff the hair and put tatoos all over the girls in one's whorehosue willfully destroying their beauty..... it destroys their business value plus far as I am concerned that is basically a form of mutilation. Plus , plus I had some bugs so I stopped. I may replay it again when its been out longer)

PS2:In the MCM there are timers for AAFs events you can set so they are not back to back.

America Rising part 1 works well, no glitching, and you must complete it before trying to go onto part 2.  Part 2 stopped progressing the quest after the radroach infestation quest and coo attempt, I'm trying it again this life, but am still low level at the moment .  Part 2 is broken English (not English at all really), even the enterance door is glitched, and the general hangs and stops talking.  Third time is a charm I hope.  Good ideas, fun and fresh quests so far, but yeah,, it hangs.
