Does Wicked Whims naturally create Futanari? Is gender and frame randomized?

Does Wickedwhims generate different frames, genders, etc? I'm wondering if I even need FutaWorld Redux from Nexus. Do sims get the both option relating to impregnation? Overall, how diverse does the gender and sexual identity of npcs get with WickedWhims?

I am not sure what "futanari" is but i guess you mean hermaphrodite? In that case no, ww does not randomly generate it, and it does not add anything different in terms of gender or sexual identity than what you already can find in base game, other than giving penis or vagina (but not both) to male or female sims, and changing body parts. Maybe there are body replacements that could fit that but i do not know, and in any case you would not have the option to both impregnate and get pregnant.

You can make Futanaris yourself, but the WW mod does not create them. However, regardless, they are still technically females, except they have a penis and testicles. M/F and M/M animations will work if you set Gender identification to 'anything goes' or something similar in settings.
